Blue (berries) go with everything

I am loving blueberry season! These tiny little sapphires of juiciness are featuring a lot in my lunchbox at the moment. Ok, so at first mainly I ate them because I heard that they help you lose weight quicker but then I really started to like them. I've even made blueberry scones (yum!) which taste delicious with some clotted cream (from Cornwall of course!), just trying to work out a good way to add them into salads now...maybe with walnuts? Hmmm.

Recently I went to dinner at a friends and her husband made (and I quote) "the healthiest curry in the world". It was A-Mazing! Not only was the main staple of the curry, blueberries (with all sorts of spices) but the rice had goji berries in, which in general I'm not too fond of but in the rice it really worked!

I'm currently in the process of trying to coax the recipe out of my friend (but I'm pretty sure if I searched hard enough I could find a version online).

What is it about delicious food that just makes you want eat more and more and more until you realised you've gained 3 pounds in one day?!

I'm Debby and I love food. This blog is kinda like my own AA meeting, probably no one will read this so I can write and admit anything I like without any repercussions!

Not only do I love food but I love to travel so I may try and put the two together and write about some interesting food experiences...
